Heat Shrinkable Double Wall Tubing with Meltable Liner

IFE-DWT has excellent mechanical strength, sealing property, chemical/fluid resistance, insulation and is widely used for all kinds of automotive wire harness and cable protection.

Material Outer Jacket: Cross-linked modified polyolefin

Inner wall: Modified hot melt adhesive

Shrink Ratio: 3:1 stock (2:1 and 4:1 are also available)

Color: Black stock (other colors available depending on volume)

Characteristics:

  • Flexible
  • Flame-retardant
  • Good mechanical, electrical and chemical resistance
  • Excellent sealing properties
  • Operating temperature range: -55°C – 125°C
  • Shrinking temperature: 110°C
