German-Style Hose Clamps with Spring

The IFE German-style clamp with a spring insert is a dynamic clamp that delivers higher clamping force at lower torque compared to the American style with a spring. This design is ideal for applications experiencing extreme temperature variations, ensuring consistent tension and reliability.

  • High Clamping force
  • Rolled edges eliminate hose abrasion
  • Non-Perforated band eliminates hose extrusion
  • Spring insert on the clamp band compensates for thermal expansion and contraction as well as compression set of rubber hose
  • Lightweight and compact compared to other dynamic clamp designs
  • All sizes available in 9mm and 12mm bandwidth with a 7mm screw head
  • Available in W3 (all economy grade of stainless steel screw, band and housing, with a 300 series stainless steel spring insert) and W4 (all 300 series stainless steel screw, band, housing and spring insert)
  • Special sizes are available for high-volume orders. Custom sizes with shorter or extended thread patterns are also available.
